Bill Bieler has 25 years of experience practicing law. He specializes in civil litigation and enjoys representing individuals in insurance claims and disputes stemming from property damage and bodily injury. He also represents a variety of agricultural producers and businesses in general litigation and contract disputes.
His office also handles many probates, facilitates real estate transactions, assists farmers and ranchers with lease and easement issues, and does general estate planning.
Bill was raised, along with his six siblings, on a small ranch near Alder, Montana, in the heart of the Ruby Valley. He received his undergraduate education at Gonzaga University and graduated magna cum laude in 1995 with degrees in biology and political science. He returned to Montana to attend the University of Montana School of Law. He graduated from law school with honors in 1998.
Bill practiced law in Missoula with the Williams Law Firm through 2006, when he and his wife decided to resume the small-town lifestyle they grew up with and moved to Choteau. He and his family are active in the Choteau community and surrounding area. Bill also serves as a member on the State Bar Association Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection Board.
For the last twenty plus years, in addition to working, Bill and his wife Tracy have mainly tried to keep tabs on and keep up with their three children in a gamut of events starting with T-Ball, then every sporting and school event imaginable, and cumulating with high school and college
graduations, and beyond.
